# Dental Salon

> Family-owned cosmetic and family dentistry practice serving the Chicago area since 2003, with offices in Lincoln Park (Chicago) and Schaumburg. Multi-specialty team focused on everyday prevention, smile improvements, replacing missing teeth, clear aligners, gum health, comfortable extractions, tooth-pain relief, dentures, calmer visits with sedation, emergencies, soft-tissue laser therapy (including cold-sore treatment when appropriate), and more.

Dental Salon was founded in 2003 and has served tens of thousands of patients across the Chicago area. We are an in-house multi-specialty practice with general and cosmetic dentists, a board-certified periodontist, and in-house oral surgery at both locations. Dr. Jasveen Sethi, DDS, focuses on endodontic treatment and root canal care at our Lincoln Park, Chicago office. We have over 1,000 positive Google reviews across the practice.

## Technology and diagnostics

- We use AI-assisted software to help dentists evaluate dental X-rays and clinical images. Imaging aids support the clinical team and do not replace in-person diagnosis or treatment planning by our clinical team.
- We adopt evidence-based materials and techniques when they improve patient outcomes, including minimally invasive care for early-stage decay when clinically appropriate, with clear guidance when a traditional restoration is still the right next step.
- Soft-tissue dental laser therapy when clinically appropriate, including focused visits for recurrent cold sores (fever blisters) after we confirm candidacy and timing with you.

- **Membership plans** (two): **Standard Plan** — $350/year first member, $300/year each additional ($50 off). Each membership year includes 2 exams with a general dentist, 1 emergency exam, 1 set of x-rays, 2 standard cleanings, a take-home whitening kit, and 15% off all other procedures. **Perio Plan** — $450/year first member, $400/year each additional ($50 off), for patients with gum disease. Each membership year includes the same exam and x-ray coverage, perio cleanings as diagnosed by your provider, a take-home whitening kit, and 20% off all other procedures. Both: no waiting periods, no deductibles, full benefits the day you sign up. Eligibility: spouses, children under age 21, and any additional persons living at the same address. Cannot be combined with insurance or discount plans. HSA/FSA documentation available for your costs and enrollment fees.
