Dental implants in Schaumburg
A dental implant is a titanium post placed in the jaw that fuses with the bone and supports a permanent replacement tooth, bridge, or full arch of teeth.
Our Schaumburg office places implants for patients across the northwest suburbs (Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Palatine, Hanover Park, Roselle, Streamwood, and Elk Grove Village), with free on-site parking and evening hours several days a week.
Our board-certified periodontist places implants here on a regular schedule, working alongside the general dentists who will design and deliver your final crown. Because both specialists are in the same office, you don't get bounced between practices, and the planning conversation about how the tooth should look happens up front.
We handle bone grafting, sinus lifts, and soft-tissue work in-house, so most cases, including ones where you've been told elsewhere that there isn't enough bone, can be solved without an outside referral. Cone-beam 3D imaging and a written treatment plan come standard at the consult.
Who it's a good fit for
- You live or work in the northwest suburbs and want one team handling the whole implant process
- You're missing one or more teeth and want a dental implant with one in-house team
- You've been told you need bone grafting before an implant. We do that here
- You wear a denture or partial that slips and you want a fixed alternative
- You'd prefer evening or Saturday appointments around work or family schedules
What to expect
- Consultation: 3D cone-beam scan, exam, treatment plan with cost in writing
- Bone graft or sinus lift if needed (4–6 months to integrate)
- Implant placement: typically a single appointment under local anesthetic
- Healing: 3–6 months for osseointegration
- Final crown: digital scan + permanent crown delivery
Common questions
- Where do I park for my implant appointment?
- Free on-site parking in front of the office. We're at 501 W Golf Rd, next to the Starbucks at Golf and Higgins.
- Are evening or Saturday implant appointments available?
- Yes. Schaumburg has evening appointments several weekdays (hours vary by day; Wednesday we're open noon–8:00 PM), and Saturday hours 8:00 AM–2:00 PM. Surgical placement is usually scheduled for daytime; consults and follow-ups can be after work.
- How is this office different from a general dentist who places implants?
- A board-certified periodontist does the surgical placement and any grafting; our general dentists design and deliver the final crown. You get specialist surgical care and a coordinated final result, in one office.
- Will my insurance help cover an implant?
- Often partially, yes. We verify benefits before the consult and offer financing through Care Credit and Cherry for the balance.
- What if I've been told my bone won't support an implant?
- Get a second opinion. Modern grafting techniques solve most low-bone cases. Bring any prior x-rays or scans to the consult and we'll review them with our own 3D imaging.
